Bookings - all bookings are made through Square, the BOOK NOW button or via DM and messaging. Appointments are confirmed via an email or text massage with your date and time of appointment.

Cancellations - if you are unable to attend your appointment, that is ok, things happen. A 6 hour notice period would be appreciated as a courtesy, but again, things can happen spur of the moment. If you do have an illness, something contagious, or simply do not feel up to your appointment due to other reasons, just message or email me and we can find another suitable time.

Pricing - prices may vary from time to time, if a booking was made before a price change, the old price will be honoured and then updated for the next appointment. This may also include changes with services needing to be adjusted. If your expectations and needs for the service will be better suited with another treatment, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Arrival - Sincerely Celine Beauty has a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. any later, the appointment may need to be rescheduled due to booked out capacity. Otherwise the appointment length and services can be adjusted to fit in with a better time frame. Since I am also a home-based salon, parking is advised to be on the street, as we have lots of street parking available, and to account for other family members being able to use their vehicles. This also means my pets are within the house, so if you have any allergies or issues with dogs, please let me know

Behaviour - staff is to be treated with respect and politeness and any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unwanted may result is inability to book in the future. If you do have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us as it can most likely be solved calmly.
